DSA 2012 closed with 850 participating companies from 48 nations who were visited by 324 VVIP Delegations from 41 nations and 26,980 trade visitors and armed forces personnel. (Click here for the list of VVIP Delegations)

The verdict …..a total success with increases on all counts!. In terms of size of exhibition space, the show was obviously larger from the previous one in 2010 with 40,000 sqms of space utilised covering 7 exhibition halls of PWTC.  (Click here for the DSA 2012 Final Factsheet)

A total of 566 press members registered and covered the show for the 4 days breaking records of press coverage since the show started back in 1988. The print and electronic coverage hits for DSA 2012 were seen in major local newspapers, radio stations and TV channels.  

The DSA Team extends their deepest and greatest gratitude and appreciation to all parties specifically the Minister of Defence, the Secretary General (also the Organising Chairman of DSA 2012), the Chief of Defence Force, the Inspector General of Police, the Chief of Army and Deputy Chief of Army and all other MINDEF and Armed Forces and Police officials and personnel for their unwavering and priceless support in making DSA 2012 the best DSA yet!
